Being someone who has been invested in Costa Rica for over 4 years with not much to show for it until Daniel Walker took over the project is a true testament to someone who can deliver on their promise with a quality product. There are many opportunities in Costa Rica, but from over 5 developers I know of, Daniel and Casa Canada are the only ones I would trust hands down. Our current development at Serena Suites was a project that was taken over twice by other developers and then lost to all of us until Daniel worked out a mutually beneficial plan to get us all back on track. The quality of prior work was very poor, and although many defects with water, power, tiling, etc. were uncovered, none of those costs were brought back to the investors, and I will tell you that the work performed is of the highest quality. Another example of pride in their work and dedication to investors is Daniel’s wife Marilynn, who designed and implement the exterior landscaping, pool, ranchos, etc. When I saw the design it was the first time I really got excited in 4 years, knowing that I really will have my condo, and it will be an awesome place to stay. Although the design was awesome, it is nothing compared to the actual pictures of what Marilynn and her team have done. I am shocked at how beautiful it has become. Please know that Daniel and Casa Canada are the best in Costa Rica, they take pride in their work, they know what they are doing, and you can be assured that your investment will mature and grow if you invest with them. -Mark Langanki

As we are in the construction business we want you to know that we appreciate the attention to detail and the quality materials and supplies that are being utilized on the project. The attention to detail with the landscaping is superb. You have been a breath of fresh air to me, after dealing with all the lies from the former developer. You have been honest and basically saved my investment. Also, you have added so many extras and fixed existing problems that would have never been addressed.
